The Cedar Crest College Nutrition Department has the only Undergraduate Dietetics Program and Dietetic Internship in the Greater Lehigh Valley that are accredited by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND®).

The Allen Center for Nutrition combines the nutrition degree program and outreach efforts to promote healthy lifestyles to all age groups.

The Department is also home to the Master in Nutrition.
