Mental Health: Self Care

Want to work towards mental wellness but don't know where to start?

  • Biological factors (physical health, genetics, diet, sleep, age)
  • Psychological factors (beliefs, mental health diagnoses, perception, addictions)
  • Social factors (relationships, family, culture, work, money, housing)

Likewise, mental health can affect those factors as well.

Self-Care is the practice of taking an active role in protecting one's own well-being and happiness, in particular during periods of stress.
