Despite the stigma around mental health, we recognize how real it is and the impact it can have on many aspects of one's life, including their academic performance. We have therefore curated this resource guide, in hopes that it can provide the adequate resources to promote the mental well-being of our community. The resources presented in the research guide range from academic research materials to self-help strategies.
While some of the information provided in this guide aims to guide the viewer in their journey to mental wellness, we encourage those struggling to reach out to qualified professionals per the options listed here, or any local professional.
