Print Books

Cressman Library owns hundreds of food and nutrition books in print. Below is just a small sample of available texts in the subject. Relevant Dewey sections include 610 (Medicine and Health), 641 (Food and Drink), 642 (Meals and Table Service), and 664 (Food Technology). These can all be found on the middle level of the library.

Interlibrary Loan

Students, faculty, and staff of Cedar Crest College may submit ILL requests.
To request an Interlibrary Loan (ILL):

1. Try searching Google Scholar before requesting an ILL.
2. To request an ILL, search WorldCat Discovery, the Library Catalog.

b. Look for the "Request Item through Interlibrary Loan" button.
c. If the record is not found in WorldCat Discovery, the Library Catalog, then:

The library has several of the books in the California Studies in Food and Culture series. Many of the books are in print; others are online.

You may request any of the titles that we do not own through Interlibrary Loan.
