The Author in Residence Program brings acclaimed children's and young adult authors to the Cedar Crest College community, virtually or in person, to share the stories behind their stories. These engaging conversations offer students, faculty, and staff a unique opportunity to hear directly from the voices shaping today’s diverse literary landscape. Authors discuss their creative process, the importance of authentic representation in literature, and how books can be used to spark dialogue and inspire change. Through this series, the #WeRead360 Library connects readers with storytellers, deepening our collective understanding of identity, inclusion, and the transformative power of books.
